Hit the wall..
As some of you know i'm training for my big bike ride, 2 weeks into my intense training schedule, i've been hit with the flu virus, barely having strength to play CS, type or eat.
You'd think with me playing rugby and being physically fit this would be nothing, its a mystery of why i'm so badly ill from such a small virus, (i mean theres worse things out there..) but this is going to have an impact on my training and possibly bring me back to square one again.. which is a true kick in the teeth.
Finding my stride again may be difficult, but a little motivation is the key :)
